Twisting machine is a kind of twisting equipment. It is essentially a kind of paralleling equipment (multi-strand synthesis into one strand). It is called a paralleling machine. Working principle of the twisting machine: The twisting machine can bond two or more single yarns into a yarn by twisting, and enhance the performance of the original yarn to meet customer needs.
The twister is mainly composed of power part, twister unit and transmission part.
(1) The power part mainly includes the motor, electrical control box, indicator and operation panel.
(2) The structure of the double twist unit mainly includes the spindle braking device, the spindle part of the double twist machine, the yarn winding system, and the special device of the double twist unit.
The shape, structure and function of the main parts of the twister:
① Spindle brake device: It mainly includes spindle transmission belt and pulley, pedal with spindle spindle brake.
② Spindle of the parallel machine: It mainly includes spindles that can store and guide yarns, spindle cans, yarn tension devices, yarn ejectors, balloon covers, separators, yarn guide hooks and yarn break stop hooks.
③ Yarn winding device: inclined roller, super-feed roller, yarn storage device, transverse yarn guide hook, bobbin, lifting bobbin holder and bobbin tray.
Twister transmission part
①The motor drives the spindle through the belt reel, belt and spindle belt.
② It is transmitted from the spindle dragon belt to the winding roller, super feeding roller, etc. through the toothed belt, reduction gear, etc. At the same time, the traverse cam transmission is turned into a slider reciprocating motion, which drives the traverse yarn guide to reciprocate.
③ Anti-overlap device
The device avoids the formation of strip-shaped flower-shaped windings on the bobbin. The pulse controlled by the electromagnetic clutch periodically changes the speed of the lateral yarn guide. The transmission of this mechanism is shown in the transmission diagram.
④ Bobbin loose edge device
The device periodically changes (shrinks) the traverse of the yarn guide to reduce the number of winding layers at the edge of the package to achieve the purpose of loose edges. The transmission of the mechanism is shown in the transmission diagram.
